SKYJET ACADEMY believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping.
- SKYJET ACADEMY does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds or replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be considered after the merchant has checked and confirmed the same. This must be reported within the same day of receiving the products.
- If you feel that the product received is not as described on the site or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
- For products with manufacturer warranties, please direct your concerns to the manufacturer. In case of any refunds approved by SKYJET ACADEMY, the refund process will be completed within 1-2 days.
